- Binders : All Binders used in the manufacture of Safeplay Surfacing Inc. Pour-in-Place Products, contain no solvents and comply with all federal standards for volatile emissions. Further there are no heavy metals contained in binders. All Binders are Single component MDI Moisture Cure Urethane Resins 100% Solids.
- Mixing and Application: Safeplay Surfacing Inc. Pour-in-Place Systems are mechanically mixed according to manufacturers recommendations and cast-in- place and troweled according to manufacturers recommendations for thickness, as designed for fall height.
Typical cure time is 8 hrs. depending on humidity.
Custom designs and patterning will be an additional expense to owner.
"Safeplay Surfacing Inc." meets or exceeds the safety standards established by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission and the National Bureau of Standards. This has been accomplished through private testing in the field and laboratory.

Experience
Safeplay Surfacing Inc. Play Products have been used since 1989. We have expanded our operations to also include the manufacturing of tiles and matting.
We currently have three crews which do our installations (in house) and base all operations from our home office in Akron, Oh. We have two additional contractors licensed, one for Penn., and one for N.Y.
Since we warranty our tile and pour in place lines for five years, we have chosen to do the bulk of installations in house rather than selling materials and not having control over the quality of installation.
We Have Relationships with Municipalities, Hospital, Housing Authorities, and various commercial institutions.
Installation Details
See Colors & Details page - When surfacing over drain openings, surfacing shall be cut in a pattern similar to drain openings.
